We serve both private clients and wards of the New York State Unified Court System. Diane Lansing is a court evaluator and guardian appointed by judges to serve at-risk seniors. She also works with guardians for their wards, combining her court experience with her years of experience and effective care serving the elderly.
We work closely with our client’s other professionals, including bankers, investment advisors, accountants, attorneys, physicians, geriatric care managers and home health agencies to provide comprehensive, integrated service and solutions:
- Organize documents Identify papers and records to be retained. Securely shred unneeded confidential materials.
- Prepare financial profile Create comprehensive, easy-to-use summaries of assets, liabilities, income and expenses.
- Manage personal financial tasks Provide administrative support to those who no longer can, or wish to, manage personal financial transactions, such as budgeting, income/expense tracking and bill paying.
- Revitalize living spaces Declutter, deep clean and refurbish furnishings and homes to improve clients’ safety and
enjoyment.
- Assess alternative living options Analyze costs and benefits of staying at home versus moving to a retirement
community or assisted living facility
- Manage Relocation Provide comprehensive move management services for seniors.
